The process for requesting the “Right to Know” should be sent via email to compliance@czarnowski.com and include the requestor’s full name, phone number and the relationship(s) the requestor has with Czarnowski.
The business will log and record the request and notify the legal and compliance department. Compliance will first authenticate that the requestor is who they say they are. This will be done through secondary requests from the compliance team to the requestor. Compliance will work with HR and the IT departments to query any and all references to the requestor and compile the data references to the requestor. The information will be sent back to the requestor via email.
The process for requesting the “Right to Delete” should be sent via email to compliance@czarnowski.com and include the requestor’s full name, phone number and the relationship(s) the requestor has with Czarnowski.
The business will log and record the request and notify the compliance department. Compliance will first authenticate that the requestor is who they say they are. This will be done through secondary requests from the compliance team to the requestor. Compliance will work with HR and the IT departments to query any and all references to the requestor and confirm the data can be removed. For the data that can be deleted, HR and IT will confirm its deletion to the compliance team and the compliance team will communicate to the requestor. As indicated in the law, there is some information that may not be deleted, such as employment history.
The process for “Designating an Agent” should be sent via email to compliance@czarnowski.com and include the requestor’s full name, phone number signed written permission specifying both the requestor and the designated agent. The compliant department will verity both the requestor and the agent.
This website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the website. Czarnowski does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not provide any information on this website or on or through any of its features, use any of the interactive of this website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If Czarnowski learns we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
